Helper
Entry rank — warnings, short mutes, and kicks.
Your job at this rank: chat enforcement, warnings, short mutes, and gathering information for higher ranks.
Punishments
| Command | Usage | Limit |
|---|---|---|
/warn | /warn <player> <reason> | — |
/mute | /mute <player> <duration> <reason> | Max 24 hours |
/kick | /kick <player> <reason> | Session removal only — player can rejoin |
NO UNDO AT THIS RANK
Helpers cannot /unmute or /unwarn — not even their own punishments. If you mute or warn the wrong player, post in staff chat immediately so a Mod can reverse it. Owning the mistake fast is expected; hiding it is not.

24-HOUR MUTE CAP
If a situation deserves more than a 24-hour mute, issue the 24-hour mute now to stop the harm, then post the case in staff chat for a Sr. Helper or above to extend it.
Quick Review — Q&A
Q: What is the longest mute a Helper can issue?
A: 24 hours. If the offense deserves more, mute for 24h and escalate in staff chat.
Q: You muted the wrong player. What do you do?
A: Post in staff chat immediately — a Mod or above must /unmute. Helpers cannot reverse punishments themselves.
Q: A player is suspected of cheating. What can a Helper do?
A: Gather evidence — screenshots, witness reports, timestamps — and escalate to a Mod. Helpers do not ban or screenshare.
