Mods can issue bans but cannot reverse them. /unban is Admin-only. A mistaken ban goes to staff chat and an Admin immediately.

A: No. /unban is Admin-only. Report it in staff chat immediately and ping an Admin.
Q: What is /expunge for, and what is it never for?
A: Erasing a punishment issued in error. Never for cleaning a friend's record — every expunge is visible to management via /blame.
